It is a plain and simple fact that hardcore Christians are found of voting. It can be a huge boost to a candidate to be seen as the religious choice. Do you think evangelicals will play a major part in this election?

Do you think evangelical voters will play a big role in the election?

"Fond" of voting. No, I don't think any certain "group" of individuals is going to play a major part in the presidential election. I really need a job. I am a good spell-checker.

Evangelicals are not more "fond" of voting than any of the rest of us. They will play an equal part in the voting process as any other group.
While I am not an evanglical I do appreciate the passion behind their convictions. However, if you are going to the voting booth in November thinking that abortion and gay rights are the most pressing concerns for this nation right now you might want to pick up a newspaper.
We have far more pressing concerns from our economy to our foreign policy to national security. Our religious beliefs are important but if all you are concerned about is forcing your beliefs on others through the government then perhaps you should move to a religious state....maybe Iran or Saudi Arabia.
You want to vote for a leader who shares your religious belief? Elect a new deacon/priest/pastor/elder/father for your church. We need a president that can run the country religion aside.

Yes I think, exuse me I know it will and I also think it's a sad thing. If Satan was running on the republican ticket and some jake legged preacher hollered vote for him cause he's GOP,I firmly beleive that some of the Christian folks would be ignorant enough to do it.I said some not all,so don't everybody get your drawers in a wad!And bigmenrin what do we do then do we let the Christian Coalition and the Radical right do our thinking for us? sounds like some have already fallen for the Conservative right wing BULL$#!T.

Obama made the statement himself.

From Barack's book, "Audacity of Hope":

"I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

HE DID NOT SAY STAND WITH AMERICANS!!!
