You know what I clicked on the news at noon yesterday and heard them ask the question should Lethal Injection be used in Alabama,I even voted on it on this website and I voted no.This stems from the Supreme court turning down an argument from a Kentucky inmate that Lethal Injection is cruel and unusual punishment.the reason I voted no is not that I don't believe in capital punishment,but that L.I. is to easy.At Holeman prison down in Atmore sits a trusty old girl that is not even getting to do her job anymore,her name is Yellow Mama.and for years she righted the wrongs of scumbags from all around the state,but now the State has gotten so soft and are so worried about a murderer's rights they forget about the family and the victim.when a person is shot in the face with a 45 caliber pistol and then the killer is sentenced to die by Lethal Injection because the electric chair is cruel and unusual is insane.It's like the killing was'nt cruel but to electricute someone is.Give me a break,lets dust off that trusty old girl the Yellow mama and start cleaning out our prison's by frying convicted murderer's and child killer's and molester's.I mean how simple is it to lay down,get stuck with a needle,get high,then slip into a coma and die.Comeon people.

Brother, I like the way you think!
It's very strange to me that we get so worked up and emotional over the treatment of a cold blooded sociopaths, who had no care or thought about the people they killed. As for anything being "cruel and unusual" Define cruel!What you mean like what the convicted did to the victim? Like this person has greater rights than the person whos rights THEY took! As for "Unusual" if we the people decide murdering scum will be dealt with in this manner, it isn't UNUSUAL.

Shoot them on the spot when there is no doubt of their guilt. Don't go the lengthly trial that the tax payers must fund. Like noshamejamesz said, bring out OLE YELLOW MAMA and give them a seat and turn on the juice and let it flow through their body.

Well my humble thought is this, lets just save the power bill and bring out the trusty rope! If we had public hangings..I think maybe people would "maybe" think twice before they acted. The way things are handled now, not only do the criminals "go to sleep", but even then, few see it. If everyone saw a nice grizzly haning, well just my opinion.

Ladyrebel,We did'nt even have to use our electricity cause back in the day of Alabama's electric chair,the prison had to use their generator's to fry someone.So dust her off AND START COOKING.

i was shot 5 times 3 co-workers died the worst shooting ever in gadsden the 2 people that did this are to die one day.i hope i am there to see it happen or wake up to hear there gone.i don't care how they do it just get it done so i can move on.this happen in 94 at fastfood a place i don't eat chicken anymore
