I guess by now you know who probably will get the Democratic nomination for the presidency. I have been wondering How can any red blooded american vote for someone who , will NOT salute our flag ? There have been pictures of Hilliary, McCain, and the others were saluting the flag and Obama was looking away and NOT saluting the flag.

You can say that the picture was altered, maybe so, but that left a bad taste in my mouth for him, also doesn't it ring a bell about the similarity of the name ? " Osama - Obama ", I 'm not very smart but come on, we are going to vote for a person who is from another culture. What has happened to the AMERICAN people ?Talk about "change " well duh. Yes that is what I call change. We as God fearing red blooded americans are being decieved here.  All of us know the politicians say ANYTHING we want to hear and then do what THEY want to do.

If we elect Obama, then our military people are fighting for an unjust cause. Have we FORGOT 911 ? I remember how gunho we were back then, how we wanted to blow them up, but now we're saying wait let's forgive & forget.  By voting for Obama, we are accepting the fact that 911 was only a bad dream, and that they were really not trying to hurt anybody. Does a rattlesnake intend to bite, or does a bee intend to sting when either one gets aggitated ?

If Obama does get elected as president of the greatest nation, and all H--- breaks loose, don't come crying and saying we need to make a " change " , before voting and then realizing what a bad desicision you've made, PRAY about the choice FIRST.

Bro, his middle name is Hussein—how stupid is this? Can we trust him—to do what? Maybe attack the guts of America. I heard him say “unite in common” last night in his speech. Bro, I think you know what he means, and his smile was so sinister lookin’ to me when he said it. The phrase “in common” –I just hope and PRAY he can’t get away with it! And I’d guess that about 50% of his supporters were slobberin’ over it. Whee huuh!

Well, you've heard it said " a wolf in sheep's clothing" well duh. What makes Obama any different ? Most people are looking for a " quick fix " for the economy so to them it really doesn't matter who is elected as long as they get gas prices down, the economy back up, taxes down. You know as well as I do that promises now days don't mean BLEEP. I think we are headed for trouble if Obama gets elected, the way I see it is that he will sneak his Muslem friends in office and then the wheel gets faster and faster down hill and NO one will be able to stop it. Could the end of time be near ?

I'm having a hard time trusting Obama. This is from his book:

This is for all you Barack voters.

From Barack's book, Audacity of Hope: "I will stand with the
Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

HE DID NOT SAY STAND WITH AMERICANS!!! !!

He will say anything; do anything to get elected. I'm shocked that a first-term senator could get this far - regardless of ethnicity.

I wonder since Obama doesn't really stand up for christianity, will we have on our currency, " In Allah We Trust " ? instead of
" In God We Trust " since some people are wanting it taken off now. If so we really have went off the deep end of things. I am not saying that McCain is a conservative christain, or even claims to be a christain at all for that matter, but I haven't heard him denounce God nor turn his head away while the pledge of alligance was being said as Obama did.

We really need to re-think our decision as to the type of person we want leading our nation and making important decisions for us. So it seems that he isn't wanting to stand up or with the american people and blantantly says that he will stand with and for the Muslim people. What a slap in the face, how does that feel ?

How can you be satisfied with knowing your leader is not supporting you ? It would almost be as if he were saying " You are on your on ". I can only say " We told you so " should Obama get the presidency nad things may go from bad to worse.

Obama as Commander-in-Chief... It scares me... I can see a weakened America in the eyes of the world and a weakened military. Other countries like/support Obama simply because it lowers our country to the level of theirs (any of them - pick one). He will not "restore America to greatness", rather he will allow it to deteriorate.

Hey bamamike01, shove it up your butt !! First of all YOU are wanting to make it a racist thing here. It really doesn't matter the color of the skin, what really matters is What kind of a job will the person do !! I get sick and tired of making a racist thing out of nearly everything.

I want to inform you that most of the" white folks " here in the south as you said, have forgotten and don't make a big issue out of the races. I have some good friends who are BLACK and would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they would be there for me if I needed them, unlike some WHITE people I know.

But there are some of the black folks who want to keep the racist thing going. Let me remind you that the most of the crimes or shootings that take place in B'ham, are BLACK on BLACK not white on black. Watch the local news at 5, 6,9, or 10 o clock and see who's shooting who or where the crimes are taking place. You will find that most of them are in teh black neighborhoods where most of the gangs are. Again DUH !!!

So now tell me who is racist ? It doesn't sound like it's the WHITE folks in the south. DUH !!

As a mother and aunt of soldiers, some who have served in this war, I am appauled at the American people for electing a Democratic Candidate who does not even honor the American Flag. My heart breaks for the soldiers who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country knowing that someone who doesn't share their love for this country could become the Commander-in-Chief. Isn't that a slap in the face of the families left behind? It has been bad enough having past Presidents who have ran from serving their country, but at least they honored the country by honoring the flag.

As for the comments made about being racist, let me start by saying everytime someone speaks out against an African American someone wants to call it racism. Well for starters Obama is not an African American he is not an American of anykind. It is a fact that one cannot be muslim and American. That in itself is against the muslim teachings. Therefore keep race is not an issue. By the way how do you know what race are the ones writing these blogs? You don't so just get off your soap box.

Sigh...

Judging from these comments, if a person isn't a caucasian conservative with a sense of entitlement, then they're not fit to be commander-in-chief.

Good going, Bombingham *smh*

The man listened to Jeremiah Wright spew hate from the pulpit for 20 years and then denied that he heard any of those messages. That fact, coupled with MANY others, disallows me to vote for him.

Reality is setting in that this man's speech has done what most presidential candidates do by being in office---> gain a following. Conformists are told what reality is. Individuals know what reality is. I'm happy to be an individual.

I'm not getting into all this about what he is or is not,but bowler 1 if he is not a native born American then the constitution say's he cannot be president! But if he was born in the state's then he has the constitutional right to be president if he wins the election. Was he born in the U.S.? (I don't know)I don't care for him myself as I am not impressed with none of them this go round.

An uncle tom? No she is a very beautiful and inteligent Black Lady, where as you 2 are 2 very ignorant black men."bombingham" Damn myke it looks like you got a little racism in you buddy?? both you and bamamike can hit one of those highways if you don't like it here!If you do shutup and vote for who you want to be president, and let all these other folks vote for who they want.Cause last time I checked we all have the right to vote as we choose,WHITE OR BLACK!!!!!!!

I agree with you noshamejamezzz,on the getting out of the south thing. If ANYBODY doesn't like living in the south, there are other states North, East, or West of us that people can move to. So I say, HIT the ROAD and for that matter if you don't like the U.S. again get out of the U.S. too. You know that Iraq needs workers and leaders.

Yeah buddy no kidding,I am so sick of these people! Oh the south hates black folks,or the south hates gays, boohoo,wa,wa,sounds like a bunch of whiney ass little girls! Jeez knock it off already. And what really gets me is some, not all,but some of the black folks that use this site, the ignorant one's,are alway's hollering oh The 16th street Baptist church was blown up cause they hate us,the cops give us a ticket and beat us cause we are black.I don't hate anybody!!! And the racial strife that went on in 60's is an ugly blight on our state, and something that the white and black communities are trying to put behind us,and trying to get along, but then you have 2 numbnuts like Bamamike and Mykegt who want to stir it up again, and just because someone does'nt want Obama to be our next president, their racist! Ya'll should be ashamed LOL.No they just don't get it,If Obama was a respectable black man who supported this Country and would be reverant during the national anthem then it might be different. But here is a man who was disipled by Jeremiah Wright who is about as much a Christian as I am a damn leprocaun for over 20 years, then his BLEEP wife saying that for the the first time in her life she was proud of her country when her husband won the primaries, and then the turd won't even place his hand over his heart during the Anthem, boy that makes you feel real warm and fuzzy inside huh? No these folks and the majority of folks I talk to on a daily basis don't want Obama to be President cause he is a towel headed muslim who beleives in a jihad against the American infidels.I had a bl

Whew !!! You go guy. It still amazes me how that here we are in the 21st century the year of 2000's and STILL want to live in the 1960 era. Come on I guess forgetting 911 and any other horrible event is easy but forgetting the 16th St. Baptist Church bombing and that sort of thing, how can we forget when that's ALL you hear and it always turns out to be racial motivated.

Quit making EVERYTHING a racial issue for goodness sake. I wonder if in heaven or hell if there will be a place for " Black " people over here, and " White " people over here? For those of you who were raised up in the 60's there "USED" to be seperate water fountains, resturants, restrooms, and anything else for each race. Notice I said "USED" to be that means we're beyond that now.

For the " racial black people, how do you think teh hispanics feel ? I don't speak spanish, but for those who can speak some english, I have never heard them hollering
"the white folks are being racists toward us " We are being treated like dirt, we used to be slaves, blah, blah, blah. Let it go for crying out loud !!!
