Ohio's new DUI law

AS a former Ohioan (born and raised in hudson, ohio) The new dui bill is a great step to take dui drivers off the road.  I have witnessed quite a few drunk drivers on the road and sometimes they can get away with it while blowing into the tube or doing field sobrity tests.

People driving drunk need to get an life and stay off the road, all they are doing is risking the lives of others on the road who are following the law.

I do not agree, I do not drink or never have, but we must thing what door this is opening when we let the Police decide to take our blood. what nex? why don't hit the place that serverd the achole and let them drive. there are serving the alchole and making money, that is why they do not cut it off.

But we can not let the state and the plice decide what to do with our bodys.

I agree with Knneth , this is a can of rotten worms. Do you really want a Police State? We have a piece of paper here in this country. This paper means a lot to most of us who love FREEDOM! The CONSTITUTION. The problem with the LAWS already on the books is the Judges and Lawyers deal away the DUI arrest. They cut it down to nothing. We need a three Strike Law for DUI. I get sick of seeing these folks with "PROBLEMS" killing innocent people. Usually they have numerous DUI's, yet are roaming around in CARS, their weapon of choice. This new Law will not stop these killers. They already have the Breathalyzer, and if you refuse, nothing happens. Taking one's Blood is the Governments way of getting all of us in the Data Base. I say Three Strikes, life in Prison. I don't Drink and Drive, PERIOD!!

Kind of like the Patriot Act and having permission to spy on US citizens....all of our rights s-l-o-w-l-y being taken away from us, one by one.
