I recently heard about a murder on death row filing suit because the chemicals used in the lethal injection procedure would interfere with the treatments he is receiving for Hep c and pancreatic cancer. I was shocked and amazed that such a suit would even be acknowledged by our court system. A few days ago I learned that this same prisoner was the one found guilty of murdering 5 people (one being the sister of a dear friend of mine). Along with the brutal strangulation of Linda Jarman he also strangled another woman and 2 precious and innocent children and left them to rot. Now he claims that the chemicals used in the execution would cause him severe pain and that constitutes cruel and unusual punishment. What the *&%##%*^ I am a firm believer in letting the punishment fit the crime. It goes without saying that he was not a bit sympathetic with the pain he caused his victims...one he just left on the side of the road. This country has got to wake up. Is is any wonder the crime rate is so high? This man is just one example. He has been on death row since 1986  that is 22 years that our system has fed , sheltered and treated his illness. he has had 22 years of convictions and appeals. I say stop his cancer tratment and then execute him or introduce him to "old yellow". These bleeding heart  Liberals are a big part of the reason this country is in the shape it is in. Criminals have nothing to fear anymore. plain and simple. I hear the jails are overcrowded so a lot of criminals are turned back on the streets. I say we need to re-introduce the fear of punishment and the fear of God back into our country.
